Putuo District, which belongs to Shanghai and is located in the northwest of the central city of Shanghai, is the starting point of the development axis of Shanghai and Nanjing, and it is also an important land gateway and transportation hub for Shanghai to connect the Yangtze River Delta and the mainland.
