Are graduates of the college entrance examination (who have been admitted to a university but have not started school) considered full-time undergraduate students or below bachelor's degree?

College entrance examination graduates (who have been admitted to university but have not yet started school) have not officially become full-time university undergraduates in the legal sense. They are currently in the transitional stage between high school and college, and are either high school graduates or waiting to enroll. Only after officially enrolling and completing their studies will they become full-time university undergraduates.
