Are swimming rings allowed in Sand Sculpture Ocean Paradise Scenic Area?

It is forbidden to bring your own rings into the sea in Beidaihe. The plastic ones are not strong, so you must use their rubber rings. There are also floating beds that cannot go into the sea.

I went there with a swim ring and it didn't do much. It should work.
