Are taxis developed in Taichung?

Taxis are often called Xiaohuang in Taiwan, and there are Xiaohuang waiting on the street next to the train station. Xiao Huang will line up outside Taiwan Railway Station to pick up passengers one by one. You can take a bus to Fengjia Night Market, and of course taxis are not expensive.
