Recommend playing for two days, first play on the first day around Canton Tower, then can go to Xiaohai stroll in the evening, take a nighttime tour of Zhujiang River, and play all day at Longgang on the second day.
In-town: Guangzhou Tower, night cruise on Pearl River, play all day at Shaytan. Xiangyong Hotel: stay overnight, one day not enough to play.
Day 1: Spend the daytime at Xiaomen Beach, take pictures and then head back to your hotel in the afternoon for a break. You can also avoid the heat by shopping nearby or going to the Tianhe City area. In the evening, book a Pearl River night tour and Guangzhou Tower visit, both of which are more beautiful at night (if you have time during the day, you can take a 2 yuan ferry ride along the Pearl River and see its daytime scenery).
Day 2: Take a full-day trip to Shangxiaju, get off at Hanxi Changlong Station on line 3, Guangzhou Tower stop. No need to transfer lines, recommended getting there early as it gets more crowded later in the day. Also note that if you work during weekdays, try to avoid peak hours around opening and closing times when taking the subway is very difficult.

The next day is all about Changlong, take subways line 3 from Guangzhou Tower station to Hankou Station where no transfer needed. Suggest arriving early otherwise it gets busier later in the evening. During weekdays near Guangzhou Tower, please avoid morning and evening peak hours as subway will be very crowded then.
