Shenquan Port is historically renowned as a port for foreign trade, converging the three major rivers in the county: Longjiang River, Leiling River, and Yanling River. It is the largest natural port in the eastern part of Guangdong Province and has been listed as a first-class fishing ground by Guangdong Province, as well as a first-class fishing port of the country. Before and after the fishing season, the people of Shenquan Town perform their respective duties, work closely together, and build up this largest seafood trading market in the eastern part of Guangdong Province.
