The Honor Peak Pagoda, commonly referred to as the Rong Feng Tower, is located in Ningming County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It was first built during the early years of the Daoguang era, Qing dynasty, and consists of five layers, approximately 35 meters high. From the second layer onwards, each layer has a name: “Julin”, “Bihe”, “Tiyun”, and “Qiumu”. The top is shaped like a sharp-tipped calabash with six sloping tiles, each hung an iron bell. On one side of the tower stands an ancient banyan tree, its green branches embracing the ancient pagoda, forming a rare sight known as the “tree’s hug on the tower”. Rong Feng Tower is one of Ningming County’s emblematic buildings and holds great historical and cultural value for locals.
