No, if you book a room with Ctrip, if it is a prepaid order, you can only pay with the balance of the bank card or gift card. Yours has nothing to do with Ctrip, so you can’t use it. If it’s a hotel’s VIP card, don’t book online. The VIP card can only be used when booking directly at the hotel.
