Physical health won’t be a problem, the mountain spring water is relatively cool, it’s best for older people not to swim!
I think people over 60 years old can definitely go drifting, whether they can or not is not dependent on age but their physical condition. These days in the news we see grandfathers in their 80s still playing table tennis and then ladies in their 70s still doing yoga, to me these don’t pose any problems as long as you have sound physical health and that drift drifting has no problem.
Personal suggestion, physical health is even more important
Physical health is fine, the water from the mountain spring is relatively cool; it’s best for seniors not to drink too much!
I think that people over 60 years old can absolutely go rafting. Whether or not it’s possible to go rafting isn’t based on age, but rather your physical condition. Right now, there are many news articles you can see where great-grandfathers in their 80s are still playing Tai Chi, and grandmothers in their 70s can still practice yoga. I think this is all perfectly fine. As long as your physical fitness is good enough, going rafting has no problem.
Personal suggestion, physical health is even more important.
