Hello, the rules are:
1--The rated energy value of the lithium-ion battery must not exceed 100Wh (watt-hours), and it can be carried with you:
2--If it exceeds 100Wh but does not exceed 160Wh, it will be approved by the airline After approval, you can carry it with you.
3--Lithium batteries exceeding 160Wh are strictly prohibited.
So your power bank marked with 74Wh can be carried.

But not all 30,000 mAh ones are available, it depends on the voltage. It seems that the voltage of your power bank is within 2.5v, so it can be 74-75Wh. The formula is:< br/>30000mAh * 2.5v = 75000mwh, which is 75wh.

Similarly, if 30,000 mAh can be brought on the plane, it is:
1---3.3v, no need to apply, you can bring it [because it is less than 100wh];< br/>2---Those between 3.3 and 5.3v can only be carried after application and consent [i.e. 100-160wh].
