According to legend, the Maitreya Buddha (弥勒佛) is said to be residing in Tushita Heaven. As a physical location cannot exist between heaven and earth, it’s not possible for cars or any other vehicles to “open up” there.
In terms of Buddhist cosmology, heavens are believed to operate under different dimensional laws and energies than our world. As such, the concept of physical transportation via cars doesn’t apply in this realm.
