Generally, it’s best to go during summer vacation. It can be very hot and there’s no need to bring an umbrella as you’ll likely get wet anyway if you take a general rafting trip that requires changing clothes afterwards
We went to the beach in summer, didn’t wear raincoat, wore flip flops, and got soaked from head to toe. After the rafting ended, we can go to take a bath and change clothes at the shower room.
