From Xingtai East Station, take the G696 high-speed rail, drive for 2 hours and 18 minutes to Taiyuan, change to the T41 train, and drive for 5 hours and 37 minutes to arrive at Yan'an Yan'an-Fenyang Station (Pingyao Ancient City) K546 train

First go to Pingyao, then Hukou Waterfall, and then Yan'an. The first two places are relatively close. It is recommended to stay in Pingyao for one or two nights. Then go to Hukou Waterfall early in the morning, and go to Yan'an in the afternoon after watching it. Live in Yan'an

If including the round trip time, 3-4 days is not enough. Generally, the ancient city of Pingyao takes a whole day to visit; although the actual time to visit Hukou Waterfall is only 2 hours, it takes a whole day including the time on the way in and out of the scenic spot; the red scenic spot in Yan'an takes 1-2 days. Finally, it will take a day to return to Xingtai from Yan'an.
