I didn't go to Ali. I drove by myself, from Golmud, Qinghai to Lhasa, and then from Yushu. The whole process takes 10 days and costs about 30,000 yuan. The biggest part is the fuel cost, the overbearing car consumes more fuel. Then the accommodation I live in is more expensive. No other consumption. It is recommended to take one day in downtown Lhasa, half a day in Yanghu Lake, and one day in Namtso. Basongcuo is highly recommended. Then Nyingchi’s Yarlung Zangbo River Scenic Area is not recommended to go, it’s more difficult, just look at the Grand Canyon on the road. You can live in Lulang Town for a day. Another thing is that the 318 Nyingchi section has more beautiful scenery.
