After lunch, head to Yuanmingyuan Park to learn about Chinese history and culture. In the late afternoon, visit Jingshan Park to experience traditional Chinese culture and activities.
Day Three: The Great Wall of China, Science Museum, Qinghua University. Start your day by visiting the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu or Badaling section in the morning to feel Beijing’s ancient grandeur and cultural heritage. Then, head back to town for lunch and visit the National Science Center to learn about scientific knowledge and modern development – it is also a great place for kids to explore their interests. In the late afternoon, take a stroll around Qinghua University campus to admire its famous landmarks and architecture. Please note that prior permission is required to enter the university school grounds; visitors are expected to abide by relevant regulations and respect the safekeeping requirements of the schools’ facilities.
Three full-day itinerary, first day Badaling Great Wall, climb it while energy is high. Second day’s talk, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace back-to-back, morning at Temple of Heaven and afternoon at Summer Palace. Third day’s tech museum and Forbidden City, need to book in advance beforehand. Tsinghua University and Beihang University cannot enter now due to epidemic prevention after this and will not be able to enter again.
