Hello, there are some things that cannot be refunded or changed on a special ticket. You need to check the order details yourself. Log in to the mobile Ctrip client, go to the bottom right corner of the home page - My - All Orders to enter the air ticket order, and then click [Check baggage allowance, refund and change policy] to check whether your ticket can be changed and the change fee. <br/>There is a 【Change】button in the ticket order, indicating that the ticket can be changed . If the price of the new flight to be changed is higher than that of the original flight, the difference must be made up at the same time when the change is made. If there is no [Change] button in the order details, you can enter the [Order Details] and click [I want to change] to operate ; if the [Refund and Change Instructions] shows that the ticket cannot be changed, it is recommended that you refund the ticket and re-purchase , Click [Apply for Refund] to operate.  <br/>If it can help you, please click the green "Accept", thank you.
