Established in 1982, Louwen County Library is a national third-class public library. The current staff consists of 10 people. Each year, we serve around 45,000 to 50,000 readers, with an annual budget from local government of RMB 700,000 (including book purchase funds of RMB 300,000, periodicals expenses of RMB 200,000, and shared project construction funding of RMB 200,000). Additionally, we receive free opening funds of RMB 2 million from the central and provincial governments.
The Liangchuan County Library was founded in 1982, and it is a national third-level public library. The present staff size of the library is 10 people. Annually, we receive readers ranging from 45,000 to 50,000 people. Each year, there are budget funds of RMB 70,000 provided by local finance (among which book purchasing fund accounts for RMB 30,000, newspaper fees account for RMB 20,000, and shared construction project funds account for RMB 20,000). In addition, we also receive input from the central government and provincial governments of approximately RMB 200,000 in free openness funding.
