Longjiang Town, also known as Fengrong City and Longjiang Port, is a town under the jurisdiction of Huilai County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province. The town’s terrain is higher in the north and lower in the south, with coastal hilly landforms and a subtropical monsoon maritime climate. Longjiang Town is a necessary passage for the transportation between the east and west of Huilai County, covering a total area of 130.6 square kilometers. The government’s seat is on Longjiang Avenue, with 35 village committees (including 26 in revolutionary old areas) and 3 community committees. The latest population census data for Longjiang Town in 2020 was 116,313 people.
