You can transfer from Yinchuan to Suide, Weiyuan, Hadapu, Chengdu, Baotou and other places to take the train to Kunming. There is no direct train from Yinchuan to Kunming. In theory, it is the shortest transfer from Lanzhou, but it may be difficult to buy a ticket. You can also consider changing trains in Guangyuan, Xi'an, Chengdu and other places.
