If you don't have an ID card, you can use your account book to buy a ticket.

Buying an air ticket does not require an ID card or a household registration book, as long as the correct name and ID number are sufficient. <br/><br/>However, if you do not have a valid certificate when you board the plane, you will not be able to pass the airport security check. For adults, this qualified certificate does not include the household registration book. The household registration booklet can only be used for children and infants under the age of 12 to purchase air tickets and take the flight through security checks. Adults are not allowed to use the household registration booklet, whether it is buying air tickets or taking a flight.
