If you get off at Guiyang High-speed Railway Station, how can you get to Tianyan Scenic Area?

Sky Eye is not in Guiyang, but in Pingtang (closer to Kedu Town and Tongzhou Town). There is no railway in Pingtang. The nearest high-speed railway station to Pingtang is Duyun East Station, and the ordinary railway station is Dushan Station. Guiyang, Duyun and Dushan all have buses to Pingtang. The Jinyang Bus Station in Guiyang seems to have direct buses to Kedu and Tongzhou. (Above for reference.)
