I think rice noodles, shrimp balls, bloodclams, and those small dishes are quite distinctive! Truly authentic local cuisine, I personally still find big cauldron stoves with charcoal cooking meals really characteristic, truly delicious in my heart!
Phoenix Ancient City Food Recommendation!! First, I have to knock the blackboard: [Upper Tea Court] This is a hidden courtyard in the ancient city cultural square, with a cozy and quaint atmosphere. Sit on the sofa chair, drinking fragrant and sweet tea made from local herbs, eating small snacks unique to the region, and gazing at the breathtaking view of Phoenix Ancient City - it’s simply too comfortable! Moreover, this shop owner is very laid-back, selling tea but prepared ink stones, brushes, and a variety of Chinese clothes for guests to wear and take photos with, absolutely loved. Recommended recommended!

I think the small dishes like congee, shrimp balls, and blood clams are quite characteristic! As for truly unique local cuisine, I personally feel that Sichuan hot pot with big wok and big cooking stove fire on embers is even more characteristic. Really delicious in my heart!

Sitting on comfortable chairs, drinking fragrant and sweet soil tea from the local area, eating small snacks characteristic of the region, gazing down at the entire Phoenix Ancient City panorama - too wonderful!
