It is more convenient to take a car directly from Lhasa to Juenang Temple. The distance from Lhasa to Jonang Monastery is about 300 kilometers. You can choose to go there by long-distance bus or self-driving. Here is a recommended route:

1. Depart from Lhasa and drive west along the G318 National Highway.
   
2. After passing Namtso, continue driving along the G318 National Highway and pass through Damxung County.
   
3. After passing Yangbajing, continue driving along the G318 National Highway and pass through Gyantse County.
   
4. After passing Shigatse City, continue driving along the G318 National Highway and pass through Bailang County.
   
5. After passing through Lazi County, continue driving along the G318 National Highway and pass through Saga County.
   
6. Pass through Angren County and continue driving along the G318 National Highway to reach Juenang Temple.
