Is it still possible to travel to Penghu if there is a typhoon?

I plan to take my children to Penghu in July, plan to go to Modou Island and Jibei Island, and also want to go fishing at night. When a typhoon happens to happen, the aviation/ships will be grounded and suspended. I can’t go there.

July is indeed the typhoon season (depending on luck). It is unpredictable now. It is best to confirm the hotel/air ticket before departure.
