I returned to my country on July 13th for free travel. Moscow and St. Petersburg are both very safe. People’s lives remain normal

Tonight, try to avoid going out as much. When you encounter locals from Russia during the day, don’t bother responding; especially around Red Square area, it’s very easy to get scammed. Daytime personal safety
