According to Google’s policy, if it rains on the day of pickup/dropoff (the same day), the service may be suspended or delayed. In this case, you will receive a notification from us informing you that we are unable to provide our usual services due to inclement weather.
Please note that in rare cases where flooding is severe or poses significant risks, we might need to cancel operations altogether and contact affected customers individually regarding rescheduling options.
