No. Take the train to Beijing Railway Station, and take Metro Line 2 Dongzhimen to the Airport Line. Take the bus to Zhaogongkou Station, take the 1-stop bus to Shiliuzhuang Subway Station, take Line 10 to Sanyuan Bridge, and then switch to the Airport Line.

Renqiu should not have an airport bus to the Capital Airport. It is best to take the train from Renqiu to Beijing Railway Station. Beijing Station has an airport bus directly to the Capital Airport. You can also take Metro Line 2 to Dongzhimen and transfer to the Metro Airport Line to Capital Airport .
