As in the title, is there a shuttle bus from Kunming to Shilin in the morning? What time is the earliest? Is it too late to visit the big and small stone forests, Nyingchi Stone, Liziyuanjing, Senhao Mountain and other scenic spots in one day? Thanks

There is a shuttle bus departing every 20 minutes from the Eastern Bus Station. But it's a waste of time to change trains or something. You can play in one day, in fact, just take a walk, take pictures and so on to see how much you like it.
