There is no immortal slash on Mount King Kong. Immortal Slash is Uchiha Itachi’s ninjutsu in “Naruto”. It is a fictional ninjutsu and does not exist in real life. Mount Kongo is a place in “Journey to the West” and has nothing to do with “Naruto”.
