Daihuangshui City is located at No. 34 Mengla Road, Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province (at the gateway of the optical cable), and is a key construction project in Yunnan Province and Xishuangbanna Prefecture. The project diverts water from the dam head of the Lancang River Jinghong Hydropower Station, supplements, dredges, treats, and transforms the three natural water systems formed in the urban area of Jinghong City, to the maximum extent restores the original water systems, and combines with the construction of Jinghong Hydropower Station and Olive坝 Hydropower Station to reasonably plan the normal water level elevation of the natural water systems, and transform the current urban status. The total planned area is about 2091 acres, with an investment of over 3 billion yuan, divided into three water systems in the east, middle, and west, breaking the layout model of general towns, using an open structure, utilizing the original terrain and landform, guiding the water systems, ecological forest belts, and urban commercial supporting facilities to interlace in the city center.

The total planned area is about 2091 mu, with an investment of over 3 billion yuan, divided into three water systems: East, Middle, and West. It breaks the layout model of general towns, adopts an open structure, utilizes the original terrain and landform, and guides the water systems, ecological forest belts, and urban commercial supporting facilities to interlace in the city center.
