Tangli凹 Village is located in Jin’ai Village Committee, Dashi Town, Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, 12 kilometers away from the city of Luoping. The village was established during the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty, named after a hollow in front of the village and the numerous tangli trees around it. Tangli凹 Village is a typical traditional Miao village, with 39 households and 186 people. It is surrounded by mountains, with picturesque scenery. It faces the Ten-thousand Mountains peak forest, is backed by the Luoping National Geopark, and connects to scenic areas such as the Duiyi River and the Small Three Gorges. It is a must-visit place on the Luoping tourism loop, with a strong Miao cultural atmosphere and huge potential for the development of rural tourism.
