“Package ticket includes all scenic spots but does not include those horse-riding ones.”
The Pearl River Canyon Scenic Area is a ticket package, containing 3 scenic spots. If you’re coming from Jiuquan direction on the highway, follow this navigation order: Tianxia’s First Platform – Great Wall City Gate – Suspended Great Wall. Now let me explain these scenic spots:

  1. Tianxia’s First Platform actually marks the starting point with nothing much to see; just a mound visible afar at the entrance of the scenic area.

  2. The city gate allows drone deployment in its surrounding areas, which will be visually stunning (as seen from photos). You can find designated aerial photography points behind the parking lot within this city gate spot or on your way to Suspended Great Wall with an opportunity to stop by a 1 km long section of road that’s suitable for parking.

  3. Drive towards Suspended Great Wall, and before reaching its destination is Xichangguan Scenic Area; you can walk down cobblestone path from here, allowing a distant view of Suspended Great Wall.
Ticket includes scenic spot, but does not include those that ride horses.
Jiayuguan Scenic Area is a package ticket, containing 3 scenic spots. If you come from Xiquan (Yinchuan) direction via high-speed highway, the navigation sequence would be: First Rampart Down to Earth – Long City Wall – Suspended Great Wall. Here’s an introduction to these three scenic spots:

  4. The origin point was just that - no big deal, and it can be seen from afar at the entrance of the park.

  5. Long City Wall allows camera drones for aerial photography (you can see the result in photos). There are two possible landing sites: one is where the parking lot behind the long city wall scenery spot; or another along the road leading to Suspended Great Wall, a 1-kilometer stretch that provides an ideal location to park.

  6. Drive to Suspended Great Wall and from about 1 kilometer before reaching it, there’s an attraction of Western Long City Wall area where you can drive along stone-paved street down below; here, you can gaze at the Suspension Great Wall from a distance.
