  6. Steaming Powder Skin: Spread the starch evenly on top of a well-prepared steamer mat placed on a steamer basket, steam it cooked when the powder skin puffed up, then remove from heat and place on oiled wooden board.

  8. Making Cream Roll: Place the filling material on top of the powder skin, roll into a tube shape to complete.
