Liangshan has some well-known locations and projects for rafting:

  1. Dechang County Lijsu-style Rafting Festival:

  • Hosted by multiple times by Lijsu-style Rafting Festivals, jointly sponsored by Liangshan Autonomous State Tourism Bureau, De chang County Committee and Government.
    Typically held in the summer season for about 2 months, such as the third annual festival that started on July 16th and ended on September 16th.

  • The rafting course is approximately 20 kilometers long, starting from Fengcuodi Rafting Terminal and ending at Heiyou Town’s Lijsu-style Windy Village Suspension Bridge.
    While enjoying thrilling rafting experiences, tourists can also appreciate the natural scenery along Anning River, as well as appreciate the colorful culture of Lisu ethnic minority.

  1. Xinde County Nizza Lake Rafting:
  • Located in Xinside Autonomous Prefecture, it is a 3-kilometer-long rafting project within the Ning Za’ao Scenic Resort for leisure and vacation.
    The surrounding forests are lush with vegetation, having an excellent ecological environment, allowing tourists to admire nearby forest, lakeside scenery during rafting.
    Liangshan has some well-known drifting spots and projects:
  1. Dechang County Drifting Festival:
  • Holding the Liangshan drifting festival for several times, co-sponsored by Lyushan State Tourism Bureau, Dechang People’s Committee, and Government.

Generally held around summer, lasting about 2 months, such as the third edition of drifting festival starting from July 16 to September 16.

  • The entire drift track is approximately 20 kilometers, starting point at Fangcaozi Drift Dock, ending point at Léi Yu town Sandiba drifting village suspension bridge. While enjoying the exciting water ride, tourists can also appreciate the natural scenic views along both sides of Anning River and experience the colorful Liang ethnic cultural.
  1. Xiangxi County Nizi Daxie Lake Drifting:
  • Located in Xiangxi County’s Nizi Daxie Lake Resort for summer vacation and ecological park, featuring a 3-kilometer drifting project here. The surrounding forests are lush, with an excellent eco-environment. During the drift ride process, you can appreciate nearby forest, lake views, etc., natural scenic landscapes.
