What is there in the Tacheng City Museum?

Tacheng Regional Museum, as the only comprehensive museum in Tacheng area, is a representative building that reflects the history and culture of Tacheng. The museum’s “Exhibition according to the historical development of Tacheng area” is divided into four parts: “Exhibition of historical cultural relics”, “Exhibition of national folk culture of Tacheng area”, “Exhibition of revolutionary historical relics of Tacheng area” and “Exhibition of achievements of reform and opening up in Tacheng area”. The cultural relics on display in the museum include 24 national first-level cultural relics, 17 second-level cultural relics, 64 third-level cultural relics, and more than 300 national and folk cultural relics. There are 8,070 pieces (sets) of cultural relics in the collection, including 6 pieces (sets) of national first-level cultural relics, 21 pieces (sets) of second-level cultural relics, and 22 pieces (sets) of third-level cultural relics.
