Joyful Valley Lodge is located in Red River Hani Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, Mile City West Two Township Mi Village. It was first built during the Ming Dynasty. Not only does it feature Ming-era earthen structure dwellings and buildings, but also characteristic courtyards from the Republic era. The local Yi ethnic minority population is skilled in singing and dancing, and the epic oral tradition of the “A-si Pioneer” created by Ah-ci people has its origins here.
Happy Music Village is located in Yuanshan, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It was built during the Ming dynasty. Besides having Ming-style traditional houses made of wood and earth, there are also characteristic four-entrance courtyard houses from the Republic of China era. The local Yi people know how to sing and dance well; in fact, their oral epic creation stories such as “Ah Xi’s Ancient Origins” originated here.
