Did you buy the ticket through Ctrip? Ctrip's student ticket purchase process is to prepay the full price ticket first, and then refund the difference after the ticket is successfully issued, instead of directly paying the discounted price. (Please confirm whether you have selected a student ticket. If you choose an adult ticket by mistake, there will be no refund of the price difference.)
