Tibet should be the area least affected by the epidemic. So far, everything works fine. Tibet is a dry season in winter, with bright sunshine and clear skies. The water of many rivers such as the Lhasa River is blue. Pay attention, during the peak tourist season in summer, the Lhasa River is mixed because of the heavy rain and the melting of snow and sand on both sides of the river. Many tickets are reduced or exempted in winter, and accommodation is half the price in the peak season. There are few people and the scenery is beautiful. Personally, I think it is the most worthwhile season after late autumn. The sunny days in Lhasa in winter are warmer than many cities in the mainland. Referring to Hangzhou where I am currently, it is really much warmer and more comfortable. The only possibility is that the oxygen content is slightly lower in winter, but it will not be much worse. In fact, it is only theoretical. The difference between the human body's oxygen content in summer and winter on the plateau may not cause a significant difference. Moreover, accommodation in winter is cheap, and you can completely solve this problem by staying in an oxygen supply hotel. In addition, winter is the off-season for the entire industry in Tibet, and car rentals are much cheaper. Winter travel to Tibet personally strongly recommends soaking in hot springs and going to Pumoyongcuo to see the blue ice, soaking in geothermal hot springs under the snowy mountains, and seeing China’s Lake Baikal. Only Tibet has benefits in winter.
