Changedao Rou is a famous dish in Chengde. It uses pork and shredded bamboo shoots, cut into shreds and stir-fried in an oil pan. After the shredded pork is fried, add green onion and ginger to taste, then add broth to collect juice and serve. When eating, it can be served with some refreshing vegetables, shredded and put into the fried shortbread together with the modified meat, it is delicious and not greasy.
