Yubeng gathers on single numbers throughout the year, departs on even numbers, and does not limit the reception area
During the Spring Festival group period, on January 17 and January 19, 2023, there will be additional New Year’s Eve dinners and fireworks
cost includes
Accommodation: 5 nights in a standard room (3 nights in Yubeng, 1 night in Feilai Temple and 1 night in Shangri-La), 1 night in Lijiang meeting day is a gift;
Transportation: Travel car for 6 days in the itinerary, one seat for one person (9, 17, 39 seats, etc., according to the number of people to arrange the vehicle type);
Tickets: Meili Snow Mountain package (Moon Bay, Feilai Temple Observation Deck, Yubeng Village), Yubeng Village management fee;
Guide: 14 people with 1 guide, a full-time dedicated line guide leads the service, and provides basic photo services; in case of National Day, Spring Festival and other holidays, 1 guide may bring more people.
Insurance: Agency travel package insurance pays 500,000 yuan/person. The accidental injury of guests caused by road traffic accidents will be compensated by the insurance company according to the "Road Traffic Accident Handling Method", and the club will not bear other compensation responsibilities.
The cost does not include
Large transportation: from various places to Lijiang to and from large transportation;
Catering: Self-care for the whole meal;
Mules/horses/ride fees: The fees are publicized in scenic spots, and the service is not provided by the club. Please take care of safety and service issues by yourself;
Others: personal consumption and any expenses not mentioned in the fee inclusion;
Single room difference: Single person registers, and our company will share the room. There is no natural single room difference (except for the whole accommodation upgrade). If the donkey friends in the same group share the room together, we may arrange the guide or the same-sex guests of other groups to share the room; if you do not make up the single room difference, you will agree to our arrangement by default).
Instructions for applying for an upgrade to a single residence:
1. Daily standard accommodation: If you need to live alone, you need to pay the single room difference, usually 400 yuan/person for a single room (1.17, 1.19, 2023, 880 yuan/person for a single room, 480 yuan/person for a single room on 1.23 people);
2. Upgrade Yubeng for 3 nights: If you need to live alone, you need to pay the single room difference. The usual single room difference is 770 yuan/person (1.17, 1.19, 2023 single room difference 1380 yuan/person, 1.23 day single room difference 980 yuan/person);
club gift
Accommodation: 1 night budget accommodation in Lijiang on the meeting day;
Awards: 1 certificate, 1 commemorative medal;
Equipment: 1 trekking pole, 1 bottle of mineral water, 1 disposable raincoat, 1 magic scarf;
Airport pick-up: If 3 or more people sign up, if they arrive on the same flight, they will receive one free airport pick-up service.

Note: If the itinerary is interrupted due to objective reasons such as the epidemic or other emergencies after the start of the itinerary, the tour fee will be calculated according to the actual expenses incurred. The gift item is an additional service provided for participating in the itinerary. If the itinerary is interrupted due to objective reasons and cannot be fully completed, the gift item will also be charged accordingly, please be aware!
