【1】About altitude sickness

Is it easy for ordinary people to enter the plateau area?

Generally speaking, people who have lived in low-altitude areas for a long time will have varying degrees of altitude sickness when they quickly enter a plateau with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters.

In the face of altitude sickness, you should keep your mind relaxed and have a good rest, so that you can adapt to the altitude environment faster.


How to prevent altitude sickness?

It is recommended to take anti-altitude sickness drugs such as Rhodiola rosea and Gaoyuanan as directed by your doctor for more than 15 days before entering high altitude until you completely enter the high altitude.

Symptoms of high reaction include headache, vomiting, diarrhea, chest tightness, etc. It is recommended to bring headache medicine and gastrointestinal medicine.


【2】About luggage

1. Clothing: From March to June and October every year, you need to wear 3-4 pieces of winter clothes (warm clothes + fleece jackets/sweaters + jackets/down jackets). From July to September, you need to wear spring and autumn winter clothes. The temperature difference between morning and evening on the plateau is large .
