5. About communication

1. This route runs on the Tibetan plateau. On some high mountains and valleys, there is no signal for a long time. Please tell your family and friends in advance. 6. About Medicine

1. Before registering, please go to a qualified hospital for a comprehensive physical examination to ensure that there is no disease that affects the plateau itinerary before registering. Conditions in Tibetan areas are backward, and medical conditions are very poor. If an illness occurs on the way, it will be more troublesome to treat.

2. The team leader, driver, hotel owner and other staff are not qualified to practice medicine. Please do not rely on the staff for treatment. If there are signs of discomfort, please inform the staff and go to a nearby point for treatment.

3. Special statement: The small medicine box on the car is all over-the-counter medicines. We are not qualified to prescribe medicines, and the medicines are based on our own experience.

7. Discipline

1. You must be punctual, get up on time, assemble, and set off according to the time required by the team leader or driver. For the team members who fail to gather within the stipulated time, it will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of the follow-up itinerary after more than 15 minutes. Afterwards, safety and cost issues shall be borne by the team members themselves. Any problems that occur have nothing to do with the operator.

2. For players who are full of negative energy, like to complain, complain, blame, and care about everything, please sign up carefully. 8. Photography Description

1. When taking pictures in the plateau and Tibetan areas, please respect the local management regulations and folk customs. For checkpoints, bridges, military management areas, private houses, temples, and other places where shooting is taboo, please do not take pictures. 3. 9. Going to the toilet in Tibetan areas

1. After entering the Tibetan area, except for gas stations and hotels, all toilets are charged, ranging from 1-3 yuan. When you encounter a toilet that charges, take the initiative to pay the fee.

2. In areas without toilets, you can solve personal problems in a clean and sheltered place, but you must avoid special places such as rivers, Jingfan, Manidui, and Bodhi Pagoda.

10. Traffic instructions

1. Breakdown: The whole journey is on a plateau, the distance is long and the road conditions are complicated, so the vehicle is likely to break down. If the vehicle breaks down, please wait patiently, or work together to solve it. The normal solution process is: if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the itinerary, we will call local vehicles for temporary transportation. The transportation vehicles are mainly minivans, which are not very comfortable. The transportation fee will be paid by the company until the car is repaired , or another car of the same model, or a car of a similar model arrived, please cooperate with the team members. For the team member who refuses to use the transport vehicle, it is deemed that the team member voluntarily gave up the itinerary, and we will refund the accommodation fees and tickets that have not been incurred, and the contract will be terminated.

2. Traffic jams: This trip will be driven on plateaus throughout the trip, mainly on mountain roads. It is normal for mudslides, landslides, rolling stones, broken roads and bridges or other traffic jams to occur during the rainy season. The team members should wait patiently and prepare food and clothes. Prepare for all emergencies.

3. Seats: The first seat on the left is the driver, and the first seat on the right is the team leader. In principle, the other ordinary seats should be given over to the elderly and children. If there are no team members who need special care, the seats will be taken in turn one by one.

4. Night roads: In principle, we resolutely do not take night roads, but due to complex road conditions and weather conditions, speed restrictions in some areas, etc., night roads may occasionally occur. If the team member refuses to walk at night and wants to stay temporarily, the accommodation fee that has been booked on the day will not be refunded, and the new accommodation fee will be borne by the team member. 5. 11. Accommodation instructions

1. We provide cost-effective accommodation for the team members. Even so, the team members should be fully prepared. The plateau area is sparsely populated and the economy is backward. Lack of water, and sometimes there will be a water or power outage. Please prepare a flashlight or headlamp in advance, and be prepared not to take a bath, wash your hair, or wash your face. Team members who love cleanliness can carry a sleeping bag liner. Prepare for a rainy day.

2. Located in the plateau or Tibetan area, the hotel facilities are not complete, and the one-time slippers, hair dryer and one-time hotel supplies are limited.

3. Almost all hotels do not have elevators and luggage service, please take care of yourself.

4. For team members who have special requirements for accommodation, please inform the customer service when registering (requiring one-person accommodation throughout the whole process, double bed room, etc.), and confirm the fee when registering. Temporarily modifying the accommodation after joining the group may not meet their requirements.

5. In principle, the place of accommodation cannot be changed without special reasons. If the whole group agrees to change the accommodation location, the original accommodation will not be refunded, the new accommodation expenses will be borne by the team members, and the new driver and tour leader accommodation will be borne by the team member AA.

12. Instructions for bathing

1. It is recommended that you do not take a bath within 3 days when you first go to the plateau. After 3 days, it depends on your physical condition, so as not to cause or aggravate the altitude sickness caused by a cold, which will affect the entire itinerary.

2. Insufficient water and electricity supply in plateau or Tibetan areas may cause unstable water temperature. Before bathing, please test the water temperature with your hands before preparing for bathing, so as to avoid scalding caused by overheated water or cold caused by too cold water.

3. Insufficient water and electricity supply in plateau or Tibetan areas may also cause water outage during bathing, so bathing should be done quickly. For girls with long hair, it is recommended to wash hair and bath separately to avoid unfinished washing. The hot water has been used up, or the water has been cut off.

13. About altitude sickness

The incidence of altitude sickness is related to the uphill speed, altitude, residence time and physical fitness. Generally speaking, people who have lived in low-altitude areas for a long time will have varying degrees of altitude sickness when they quickly enter a plateau with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters. In the face of altitude sickness, the main thing is to keep your mind relaxed. Under normal circumstances, you will adapt to the altitude after a few days, and the symptoms of altitude sickness will be relieved. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, blood disease, vascular disease, asthma and other conditions that are not suitable for high altitudes should be cautious when entering the plateau. People in good health should also ensure that they do not catch a cold or get angry before entering the plateau, otherwise it will aggravate altitude sickness.

1. Symptoms (one or more of the following symptoms should be considered the disease)

Headache, dizziness, vomiting, palpitation, shortness of breath, chest pain, insomnia, drowsiness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, numbness of hands and feet, cyanosis of lips and fingers, eyelid or facial edema, etc.

2. Prevention

If you have entered the plateau for the first time, or have not entered the main altitude area within two years, it is recommended to take Rhodiola, Gaoyuanan, etc., anti-altitude sickness medicines as directed by your doctor more than 15 days before entering the high altitude until you completely enter the plateau.

3. Seek medical attention

From the time point of view, mild patients will adapt in about 3 days after entering the plateau; moderate patients will adapt in 5-7 days; severe patients are advised to seek medical attention immediately and evacuate from high-altitude areas.

Commonly used drugs for altitude sickness, you can prepare some hash pain (headache powder), oxygen inhalation tablets, American ginseng, bagged oxygen or bottled oxygen in advance.

14. About shopping

There is no shopping arrangement for this route, and neither the tour leader nor the driver has any shopping recommendations. During free activities, if there is no purchase demand, the team members should not bargain with the locals, and do not stop and watch too much. If the team members voluntarily shop, please check the quality of the product by yourself. If you reach a transaction intention after counter-offering, please buy it. If you regret not buying after haggling, it is easy to cause trouble, and you will bear the consequences for the conflicts and conflicts that arise.

15. Matters needing attention before departure

1. Physical preparation: Sleep and rest should be sufficient, and patients with severe hypertension and heart disease should not participate. 16. Matters needing attention in plateau tourism

1. When you first enter the plateau, you should not overeat, so as not to increase the burden on the digestive organs, do not drink alcohol and smoke, and do not exercise vigorously, so that you can adapt to this environment well.

2. Eat more vegetables, fruits and other vitamin-rich substances, and drink plenty of water.

3. To prevent colds caused by cold. The temperature difference in the plateau is very large, and it is easy to catch a cold and catch a cold. It is better to be hot than cold, and wear more clothes. 

4. Once altitude sickness occurs, there is no need to panic, and targeted measures should be taken depending on the degree of the reaction. If the reaction is low, you can take a restful approach, drink more water, and exercise less. Generally, it will disappear or weaken after a period of time.

5. Commonly used drugs to prevent altitude sickness: Rhodiola, Jigan Tablets, glucose, etc., start taking them two days before entering the mountain, and continue to take them on the way, which can effectively prevent altitude sickness. 

6. To prevent dryness, especially lipstick and sunscreen for sun protection, which can effectively prevent the loss of water and increase the body's resistance.

7. Safety factors should be fully considered during outdoor sports, and safety should not be ignored because of the beautiful scenery. Do not go out alone at night in the accommodation.

8. Since most of the road sections in the whole journey are on the plateau, the driving time is long, and the arrival time may be delayed due to objective reasons such as traffic jams and road maintenance. Please understand each other;

9. If there is any damage while riding a horse, you will be responsible at your own risk, and our department will not make any compensation. Be careful when riding a horse.
