Day 1: Arrive in the holy city of Lhasa, pick up at the airport/station, check into the hotel to rest and adapt
Time: All day: Please go to the departure airport to check-in to Lhasa by yourself according to the flight information you selected when placing the order. After arriving in Lhasa, "Love Tibet" will greet you with a vehicle and take you to the hotel for a rest. The pure blue sky, snow-capped mountains and sunshine will greet you warmly. Please take care of the meals on the day. In order to adapt to the plateau climate faster, please try to walk slowly. Book this product to enjoy free pick-up/station. Please provide flight/train information when booking. If there is any change, please contact the travel agency in time.
This day is very critical for tourists who enter Tibet for the first time. Most of the guests will have altitude sickness to varying degrees, so all activities should be done slowly. In addition, maintaining a normal mind, drinking plenty of water, eating more fruits, and adequate rest are good ways to prevent altitude sickness. It is also necessary to avoid drinking and smoking, and try not to take a bath on the night of arrival in Lhasa.
