Ten Warm Tips
①Because of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the weather is erratic, the temperature difference is large, and the ultraviolet rays are strong. It is recommended that you bring summer clothes (long sleeves are recommended to block ultraviolet rays), down jackets or jackets with fleece liners, sunglasses, sunscreen, scarves or magic turban;
②Bring your commonly used cold medicine, antidiarrheal medicine, band-aid, gastrointestinal medicine, etc. that suit you;
③Take disposable underwear and other daily necessities for travel, as well as water cups, so that hot water can be easily filled along the way;
④ It is recommended that friends arrange time reasonably during the journey, do not stay up late, be careful not to catch a cold, and reduce strenuous exercise in places with high altitudes;
⑤ Friends with severe heart disease, diabetes, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, please follow the doctor's advice;
⑥Bring student ID cards, military officer ID cards and other preferential certificates (student ID cards are available, but teacher ID cards are of little use);
⑦ Board and lodging along the way can be paid by mobile phone, tickets are mostly in cash;
⑧ It is recommended that friends who like to take pictures bring brightly colored clothes;
⑨The suitcases carried by each person shall not exceed 22 inches, and the luggage shared by 2 persons shall not exceed 26 inches;
