It is inevitable that there will be discomfort during the journey, such as poor toilet conditions in some places, poor network signal in some places, poor accommodation conditions in some places, poor road conditions in some places, and so on. However, the feeling is more shocking and satisfying. The uncanny workmanship of nature has created countless beautiful, magnificent and fascinating scenery.

On August 3, fly from Shanghai to Urumqi, transfer to Hefei, and stay overnight in Hefei. 40 hours by train, give up. Stay at the Durian Candy Hotel in Urumqi on August 4th, and have dinner at Wanwan Hetian baked buns. The hotel has local characteristics. Our two families chose to rent a car for this trip. Renting a car may be the best and most convenient way to travel in Xinjiang. It is best for the two families to drive together instead of driving.

On August 5, Anjihai Grand Canyon. Attractions are not open. Passing by and staying to take pictures, about 1 hour, the canyon is very shocking. Then drive to Bole City and stay at Taohuayuan Hotel in Bole City. For dinner, Xinsha Weishawan Big Plate Chicken is very authentic and a very special dish.

Drive to Sailimu Lake on August 6. Sailimu Lake is very big, it takes a whole day, so you have to choose to play. We chose the first stop, Moon Bay, the transfer station and the last stop for climbing. Moon Bay can stop, because the scenery behind is more beautiful. The last stop is to climb to the top of the mountain and overlook Sailimu Lake. It is beautiful, but it takes some effort. On the same day, go to Guozigou. A small and isolated place, like a local village. It's not far to drive, but the road is not easy to drive. It is recommended to arrive before dark, and you must download the map of Xinjiang in advance, because many places do not have Internet access, including Guozigou.

On the morning of August 7th, we drove to Nayili, because we said we had to check the car (outside license plates are not allowed to enter Guozigou, we rented a Hubei car), so we had to cross the Guozigou Bridge before 9 o’clock. You can watch the stars in Guozigou, and I was lucky enough to see two shooting stars. We passed through Huocheng that day, and after the lavender season, we went to visit General Huiyuan's Mansion. Because it is a historical and cultural park, it is recommended to explain it, and the group is free for 10 people. Arrived at Yining at noon, where the old classmates warmly entertained. I planned to go to Gongliu on the same day, but I should go to Zhaosu County on the advice of my friends. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the mountain road along the road and encountered a large sea of ​​sunflowers, rapeseed flowers and verbena. The sea of ​​​​flowers is very spectacular. . Stay in Bagua City that night.

Visit Bagua City on August 8, and sit on Tai Chi Eye to overlook Bagua City. It's rather pitiful, and you can't see the whole picture at all, so it is not recommended. If you really want to see the whole picture of Bagua City, it is recommended to take a hot air balloon, 700 yuan per person, for ten minutes. Then rush to Nalati, meet the sunset of Yili River on the way, stop to take pictures. Stay in Tianjiangqing Farmhouse. The boss is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Visit Nalati on August 9. Departure at 10 am, a bit late, it is recommended to depart at 9 am. Nalati is divided into three scenic spots, River Valley Grassland, Sky Grassland and Panlong Valley. The grassland in the air we went to feels good. When you reach the top of the mountain, you can touch the snow-capped mountains with your own hands. The children had a great time playing in the snow. The highest point is 3200 meters above sea level, so it is very cold, so you must bring a light down jacket. Although the children's hands were cold, they still couldn't stop playing in the snow. It's a pity that I didn't go to the river valley grassland to watch the sunset, and I didn't go to Panlong Valley, because one was too late for time, and the other was tired after boarding. The day ended early, back to Tianjiangqing. If you have enough energy, start early, you can visit the river valley grassland and Panlong Valley. In short, both Sailimu Lake and Nalati Grassland are very large. Tickets are divided into park tickets and interval tickets. It takes enough energy and time to play well.

On August 10, drive to Bayingoleng. The distance is not far, less than 2 hours by car. I planned to visit the Bayinbulak Grassland that day, but the Tiangong was not beautiful and it started to rain. The Qingsong Hotel booked on the same day could only be cancelled, and the hotel charged a cancellation fee of 100 yuan per room, because we went through the check-in procedures for rest and recuperation. We hoped that the rain would stop, but later the weather forecast said that it would continue until the next day, so we had no choice but to cancel and continue on our way. The next stop is the Kuqa Grand Canyon. From Bayingoleng to Kuqa, you have to take the Duku Highway. The Duku Highway is well-deserved. Along the road, you can encounter grasslands, forests, snow-capped mountains, strange peaks and rocks, Danxia landforms, and even Yadan landforms. . You can also see Dalongchi and Xiaolongchi, but the scenic spot is not open, so you can only take pictures from a distance, it is still beautiful. Although the road has many curves and slopes, the road surface is good, and normal driving is easy and unimpeded. It should not be a big problem to control the speed and pay attention to turning. Arrived at Kuqa Grand Canyon around 8:00 p.m. on the same day. The scenic spot has stopped selling tickets. I asked the staff to know that the rooms in the reception center are available for accommodation, so I stayed in Kuqa Grand Canyon that night. The room fee was 360 yuan per room, but the room equipment was old and leaked water and electricity . But the advantage is that you can visit the Grand Canyon early in the morning the next day.

On August 11, tour the Kuqa Grand Canyon. A grand canyon similar to the Danxia landform, the canyon is worth seeing. There are many safety islands in the canyon. According to the commentator, when it rains heavily, the canyon may flood. The safety islands are used for escape when the flood comes. It takes 3 to 4 hours or even longer to visit here. We rushed to Kuqa, so we hurriedly visited and were shocked by the power of nature. After swimming in the Kuqa Grand Canyon, there should be no need to go to the United States to see the Grand Canyon, haha! We don't have much time, so we visited in a hurry. At about 11 o'clock, I drove the garage and passed the Subashi Buddha site, which is said to be the former daughter country. I only saw broken arms and ruins, which was bleak. Arrive at Kuqa Palace at about four or five o'clock in the afternoon. The last princess of the palace is still alive, and the last prince is a character who has experienced ups and downs and has a lot of children and grandchildren. Arrived in Kuqa around 7:30 p.m. that day, and stayed at the Kuqa Hotel. This is the best hotel of this trip, 5 stars, and the children were very excited. Treat friends that night, Oasis Ecological Park. The environment and dishes are all good, but I don't know the price.

On August 12th, with the help of a friend, I went to Luntai Populus euphratica Forest Park, one kilometer downstream in the Tarim Desert. If you don’t have enough time, you can choose not to go to Populus euphratica Park, because you can see the scenic spots behind it every time, and the Populus euphratica forest outside the park is also good. There is a large desert in the Tarim Desert, the undeveloped kind, no tickets are required, and it is not bad to experience the desert. But the sand may not be yellow but off-white. These two places are resident viewing and did not stay for a long time. Then drive to Korla, aiming at the Luobu village near Korla. Arrive in Korla at 8:00 pm on the 12th, and stay at Lerui Hotel in Korla. Friends invited me to Yingying Tianshan for dinner, a very authentic local specialty restaurant. If you are interested in Xinjiang cuisine, it is still good.

At 9:30 in the morning on August 13, we drove to the village of the Rob people. This is a paradise for children, because this is a real desert. To make a desert jeep, you need to negotiate the price, 600 yuan per person for a car, you need to negotiate the price; desert camels are 80 yuan per person, no charge for children, and no bargaining. Desert jeeps and desert camels are good, it is recommended to try. The children played with sand that day, but they had to be under the tree, as the temperature was too high to prevent heatstroke. The adults are eating and chatting in the gazebo. The time is so beautiful. If you are not afraid of the heat, you can go for a walk in the desert, take photos, and feel the heat wave. On the 13th, we still stayed at Lerui Hotel in Korla. For dinner, I found a local farmhouse on the way back and ate local small fish. The price is expensive but you can taste the taste of childhood.

On August 14th, it is not far from Korla to Bosten Lake, less than an hour away. When encountering a sea of ​​flowers, get out of the car and take pictures. Although Bosten Lake is a 5A scenic spot, but because it is still under construction, the scope of the scenic spot is not large. Compared with the positioning of the scenic spot, people who go there may be a little disappointed. If you go to Sailimu Lake, you don’t need to go to Bosten Lake. However, this place has the characteristics of Jiangnan, and it should be very suitable for leisure travel after completion. Then depart from Bosten Lake to Karez, and stay at Karez Folk Garden that night, which is in the Karez Scenic Area. The accommodation conditions are relatively good, and it is convenient to go to scenic spots. If there is no better choice, this place is worth recommending. There is a local family at the entrance of the Folk Custom Garden, who enthusiastically let the children take pictures, visit and learn about the drying process of raisins. Because we arrived late and there are few places to eat, we can only solve it in the food street in the Folk Custom Garden. There are barbecues and stir-fried vegetables in the food garden. Because you can enjoy the performance, the price is not cheap.

There is Karez well on August 15th, 20 yuan per person rents a guide, and listens to the explanation while visiting. Because of the special nature of Karez well, it reproduces the situation of digging the well at that time, and children still prefer it. Karez is indeed a great invention. 2 hours is enough to visit Karez, and then drive to the Flame Mountain. Huoyan Mountain is a typical Danxia landform. Because I took the Duku Highway, I didn't enter the scenic spot, but only took pictures outside the scenic spot. Next is the Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves, where you can still see the Danxia landform, the open caves are not complete, the Buddha statues were looted in the previous struggle, and the murals were also destroyed, but you can still feel Buddhism was prevalent at that time. Grape Valley is the last stop in Turpan. Here you can see vineyards all over the place, and the grape museum understands grape culture. There is a tightrope walking performance in Grape Valley, which is very thrilling and takes life to perform. At the end of the garden tour, you can purchase various raisins at different prices and quality. If you just want to see the grape trellis, you don’t need to enter the grape ditch, because there are grape trellises everywhere in the fields outside, but you can’t get close. On August 15, the tour ends, drive to Tianshan Lake, and stay at the Super 8 Hotel.

On August 16, tour Tianshan Tianchi. Tianshan Tianchi takes a whole day to visit, take a cable car or a cruise ship. We chose the cable car, but there is still a mountaineering to go up the cable car to reach the top of Bogda, "the infinite scenery is on the dangerous peak". Climbing to the top is definitely worth trying. If you have enough time, maybe you don't need the cable car, maybe you can walk through the canyon and reach the summit of Bogda Peak. It's purely speculation, because I saw a road that seems to be able to go up the mountain... I returned to Urumqi on the afternoon of August 16th. I planned to go to the Grand Bazaar, but the traffic was jammed. It took 5 hours to drive to Urumqi. It was already 9 o'clock in the afternoon, and the Grand Bazaar I didn't go shopping. On August 17, their respective planes returned to Shanghai. We took the train from the south of Urumqi to the north of Turpan, and then returned to Shanghai from Turpan Airport. It was a good attempt, arriving home 12 hours earlier than returning from Urumqi. If Urumqi has a tight air ticket, you can consider returning to Turpan. The North Railway Station is very convenient to Turpan Airport, and it takes 20 minutes to walk. However, the weather is hot in summer, so you must do a good job of sunstroke prevention and sun protection.
