Sichuan·Yanyuan·Lugu Lake·Yang Erche Namu Grandma's House, Yang Erche Namu Art Museum

Yang Erche Namu's mother's house is located on the bank of Lugu Lake, Dazui Village, Luguhu Town, Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan beside the S307 provincial road. There is a distance of 250 meters. On August 25, 1970, Yang Erche Namu was born here.

Yang Erche Namu is a woman wearing a big red flower, a controversial and strange woman named "Red Flower Leader" in the world. In 1990, Yang Erche Namu married an American photographer nicknamed "Quail Egg" and moved to the United States. After divorce, he lived independently in the United States for ten years, and then talked about a seven-year relationship with Norwegian diplomat Shi Danwu. The star Messi had a scandal with her, known as the "international walking marriage family". For decades, she has traveled to most countries in the world, and the style of the "Mosuo" people is still the same. The existence of this woman opened the eyes of the world in amazement to that magical land.

It was her "Out of the Daughter Country" that let us first know the Mosuo people who still follow the matriarchal clan and the mysterious Eastern Daughter Country. It was she who made Lugu Lake go abroad and spread to the world. It can be said that this woman contributed a lot to the development and growth of Lugu Lake's tourism industry.

At Yang Erche Namu's mother's house, there is a parking dam outside, and there is a pair of doors when you go inside, but only half of the doors are opened. Entering the door is an aisle. The walls and pillars on both sides of the aisle are full of living and farming utensils. Inside is a courtyard. There are some books that may be for sale beside the corridor in the courtyard. Maybe they are Yang Er’s works. , and some Mosuo national costumes and so on. On the walls of the house are framed photos of Yang Er and his family and friends, as well as some messy things used in daily life. But to enter the courtyard is to charge a visit fee, tickets are 10 yuan per person. I scanned the courtyard at the door and took two photos. I felt that it was similar to other Mosuo courtyards, and there was not much difference. In addition, she is not a great person, so there is no need to spend money on her. Dozens of dollars, but did not go in.

The second attraction of Yang Erche Namu is called "Yang Erche Namu International Art Museum". Many years ago, she returned to her hometown to create an art museum. The museum is also located on the shore of Lugu Lake, on a secluded mountain col at the border between Sichuan and Yunnan. This hill is called Jingtang Mountain. It is said that the land provided by the Yunnan Provincial Government for free was invested by Yang Erche Namu. It is two kilometers away from the road to the grandmother’s house in Sichuan, and the distance on foot is only 700 to 800 meters, across Xiaoluoshui Village. It can be reached in more than ten minutes.

The museum is on the hillside next to the S307 Provincial Highway (Ninghu Highway). After getting off the bus, you need to walk up a short distance, about 220 to 30 meters, but few or basically no tourists go up, and they all bypass it. The museum went directly to Nisai Village (Lover Tree). If you climb up, you will find that the view here is wide, and Yang Er really occupies a good place. The lake and mountains are beautiful, and the scenery is unique, but it is an excellent place to watch the entire Lugu Lake. But if you enter the museum, you have to pay 30 yuan per person to enter.

I heard that the museum mainly stores her own daily necessities and books about Mosuo people and daily necessities, so we said goodbye to it. But artists can stay for three months for free, and must leave a work when they leave.

On the top of Jingtang Mountain, which is less than 100 meters away from the museum, is the Great Compassion Conch Scripture Hall, which stands quietly and overlooks the lake. The exquisite paintings look magnificent and solemn under the sunlight. The Great Compassion Conch Sutra Hall is the activity point for believers in Xiaoluoshui Village, and it is a holy place for them to burn incense and pray for blessings. The view here is wide, sparkling, and the mountains are beautiful.

Jingtang Mountain is a good place to view the scenery, and it is also a magnetic field to purify the soul. There, you can be in a daze, watch the sunrise and sunset, feel the rural life of the chickens and dogs in the countryside, and understand the daily life of the people in Nisai Village, Dazu Village. A simple life of working out and resting at sunset!
