2. Yihai alliance monument and memorial hall
The Yihai Alliance Monument and Memorial Hall were built to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Red Army's long march through Mianning and the Yihai Alliance.
The monument is a landmark sculpture in the scenic area. The body of the monument is made of red sandstone unique to Liangshan. The overall sculpture is a standing statue of Liu Bocheng and Xiaoyedan in military uniform. Inscribed by Comrade Jiang Zemin, General Secretary.

The first manifestation and major victory of the Chinese Communist Party's ethnic policy in practice added the most glorious touch to the miraculous Long March. In the process of passing through the Liangshan Yi District, the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army put forward: "The Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army liberates the weak and small ethnic groups; all Yi and Han civilians are brothers and sisters.", "Establish a Yi people's government, and the Yi people manage the Yi people" and other propositions , It laid a solid foundation for the formulation of ethnic policies and the system of ethnic regional autonomy after the victory of the revolution. In Yihai, the Red Army also established the first local red armed forces of ethnic minorities - the Guji (Guoji) detachment of the Chinese Yimin Red Army. The Yihai alliance ensured that the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants passed through Liangshan smoothly, and under the extremely difficult circumstances at that time, it preserved valuable vitality for the main force of the Red Army. In Liangshan, nearly 10,000 Yi youths joined the Red Army. Liangshan and Liangshan’s ethnic minorities made great contributions to the victory of the Chinese revolution.
Behind the monument is the Yihai Alliance Memorial Hall, whose name was inscribed by Comrade Liu Huaqing, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Military Commission. There are revolutionary cultural relics exhibition halls, folk cultural relics exhibition halls, temporary exhibition halls, VIP lounges, academic lecture halls, etc., equipped with modern technological means such as sound, light, and electricity, and preserve many precious cultural relics from the alliance between Yi and Hai. There is a first-class national cultural relic of the Red Army Third Group Army's going out badge, a national third-class cultural relic of the Red Army seal, books, pens, and more than 70 pieces of swords used by the Anti-Donation Army of Mianning County (the first revolutionary armed force established after the Red Army entered Sichuan). ; More than 200 pieces of Red Army cultural relics that have not been graded; the flag of the Chinese Yimingu Chicken Detachment (given to Xiaoyedan by Liu Bocheng when the Yihai alliance was formed), the notice of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants, and dozens of replicas of guns and cannons used by the Red Army.
