foreword

From 2015 to 2019, during the Spring Festival holiday for five consecutive years, our group of friends traveled abroad for the Spring Festival. Compared with the general holiday life of visiting relatives and friends, drinking and playing cards at home during the Spring Festival, going out for the Spring Festival is different. After some experience, you can eat delicious food from all over the world, see the beautiful scenery of various places, and enjoy the customs and customs of various places. It is more interesting than spending the traditional Spring Festival at home. Because the time span is five years, everyone may see it very messy. In addition, the pixels of the mobile phone were poor at that time, and the photos taken were not beautiful enough. Check the specific details on the official website. There will tell you the specific and suitable travel time, as well as beautiful pictures. Don't mislead everyone because the pictures I posted are not good-looking, and you will miss the beautiful scenery.

Because the general time to go out during the Spring Festival is five to six days, each trip is relatively single, the main thing to visit may be to visit one or two places, maybe the main purpose is not to visit the scenic spots, because this time is winter, many places The scenery is not the most beautiful season (it depends on the scenery or the right season), and traffic jams often occur during the Spring Festival, sometimes on the expressway, sometimes on the road leading to the scenic spot, and it is more likely to be blocked In the parking lot of the scenic spot, you must be calm at this time, and don't let these episodes affect your or everyone's happy mood. The reason why I record together here is mainly to recall the past time and leave good memories. . .

However, this also has the advantage that when friends want to go out for five or six days of short-distance travel, there are many routes for reference (especially friends in Hubei and Wuhan). If you want to pay attention, it is best to check the local weather conditions in advance before making a decision. If the local weather is rainy and snowy, you must pay attention to it. Try not to take this route, especially if it is snowing during the Spring Festival in the north, driving is very difficult. Not safe (I have always wanted to drive to the Northeast Snow Country to see the snow in winter, but I didn’t make it, that is, I was worried that it would be unsafe to drive in snowy days).

2015 Spring Festival: Recommended attractions: Yangshuo West Street, Longji Rice Terraces, Xingping Ancient Town, Xiaodongjiang

In 2015, there were four friends of ours, 12 people, and three cars. The biggest harvest of this trip should be the three children who just got their driver’s licenses (actually, all four children have got their driver’s licenses, and there is one who has never dared to drive on the road. Children), under the leadership of several old drivers, they drove on the high speed for the first time. Coincidentally, it rained a few times when they changed their driving. It was just a chance for new drivers to exercise.

Day D1: February 20, 2015 Wuhan-Changsha, 340 kilometers, about 4.5 hours by car, live in Changsha.

In fact, there are quite a lot of places to visit in Changsha. This time I only plan to go to Juzizhoutou Park, and then go to the "Fire Palace" to eat "New Year's meal". However, there are many more people traveling during the Spring Festival than I imagined, and the road is naturally indispensable. The traffic jam will delay the time, and the children are going to drive on the high speed. The speed cannot be very fast at first. When we arrive in Changsha, we mainly go to the Fire Palace and its surrounding areas.

Day D2: February 21, 2015 Changsha-Longji Terraced Fields 540 kilometers, about 7 hours by car, staying at a B&B in Longji Terraced Fields Scenic Area.

Longji Terraced Fields is a large-scale group of terraced fields in Guilin. There are several ancient villages of ethnic minorities, inhabited by Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups. The famous villages are Ping'an Village, Jinkeng Dazhai, Guzhuang Village, and Huangluo Yao Village. It is more convenient to drive to Longji Terraced Fields by yourself. Most of the tours are based on hiking to see the scenery and take pictures. You can also try local farm dishes, live in beautiful B&Bs, and experience the customs of ethnic minorities. If the weather is good, the terraced fields are very beautiful when you live in the mountains, but you must pay attention to it. You must not bring a suitcase. Backpacks are the best. We walked for about 40 minutes from the parking lot of the scenic spot to the accommodation, and the field roads are narrow and difficult to walk. Definitely inconvenient to lug a suitcase.

Longji Ancient Zhuang Village is one of the ancient villages with a long history in the scenic area, which can be traced back to the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. There are more than 200 households and more than 1,000 people in the Longji Ancient Zhuang Village. The Zhuang villages are mostly inhabited by the Zhuang people with the three surnames Pan, Liao and Hou. Due to traffic congestion and late development, the original landscape of terraced fields is preserved here, and the traditional wooden buildings with stilts on stilts distributed along the ridge are authentic and unique. When visiting, you can go up along the Qingshiban Road, enjoy the stone bridges, steles, stone carvings, etc. that tell the history of the past, pass through the "ancestral field", and arrive at the "Changgou" viewing platform to overlook the beautiful scenery of the whole village. When you go down the mountain, you can stand It is very spectacular to see layers of terraced fields spiraling down like a giant dragon at the viewing point of "Dragon Tour Down the River" until it reaches the Jinjiang River.

The Longji Terraced Fields are not very far apart, but there is a section of the winding mountain road where drivers need to be more careful when driving.

Seven Stars Accompanied by the Moon is one of the two viewing platforms of Ping’an Zhuangzhai Terraced Fields, and it is also one of its essence. Looking at the silvery paddy field on the top of the mountain, it looks like seven stars accompanied by a bright moon from a distance, forming a beautiful picture scroll. People can't help feeling the greatness of the working people, creating such a beautiful scene virtually. .

D3 day February 22, 2015 Longji Terraced Fields - Yangshuo West Street (145 kilometers, about 2 hours' drive) - Xingping Ancient Town (27 kilometers, about 45 minutes), live in Xingping Ancient Town

The morning time is mainly to browse the two main scenic spots of Longji Terraced Fields, because it only takes two hours to drive to Yangshuo, and arrive before dinner, just have dinner on Yangshuo West Street and visit the night market to see the night view.

West Street is an old street with a history of more than 1,400 years. The buildings along the street still retain the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in northern Guangxi, which is very classical. It is famous for bars, restaurants and coffee shops of different styles, which are artistic during the day and lively at night. Because there are many foreigners on West Street, and there are many western restaurants and English signboards, it is also called Foreigner Street.

During the day, West Street is a quiet old street, where tourists in twos and threes stroll lazily. You can walk along the stone road of West Street to feel the "shop culture" of West Street. At night, the West Street has a variety of styles, the night view is beautiful, the shops along the street are flickering with neon lights, the bars play music, and tourists from all over the world are drinking and chatting on the street. Here you can find a small restaurant facing the street with two or three friends and order a local beer fish; you can also find a bar to make foreign friends and experience the collision of Chinese and Western cultures. At the end of the West Street is the Lijiang River. It is interesting to be in a daze by the riverside at night and take a walk.

D4 day February 23, 2015 Xingping Ancient Town - Chenzhou 335 kilometers, about 5.5 hours' drive, live in Chenzhou

Xingping Ancient Town is located on the banks of the Lijiang River in the north of Yangshuo. It is an ancient town with a history of more than 1,700 years. Today, there are still ancient streets, ancient bridges, ancient theaters, ancient temples and other scenery in the ancient town. There is a bamboo raft floating pier by the river in Guzhen, and you can take a boat to the "yellow cloth reflection" landscape. This is also the location where the pattern on the back of the 20 yuan RMB was filmed. Xingping Ancient Town is small in scale, and there are still many cultural relics and historic sites, mainly concentrated in Xingping Ancient Street and the fishing village about 2 kilometers away from the town, which relatively completely maintains the original historical environment. There are also some small shops selling special products in the ancient town. Walking in the ancient town, you can still appreciate the charm of "long old streets and deep ancient alleys".

The hostess and couple of the B&B we stayed in are very enthusiastic, but it seems that the hostess is in charge or doing things. Their daughter took us to take a boat cruise in the morning on the Li River, but the son-in-law took care of the children at home. The hostess did all the meals when we came back at noon. Even things like arranging the dishes and chopsticks are done by her. The male host is in a state of "asking three questions" and "stands by and watching". I don't know if this is the custom in their place. The men here are so happy, the women here are so hard.

There is a special way of growing vegetables here called "stuffed". Simply put, it is to wrap meat in various vegetarian dishes, such as: tofu, eggplant, pepper, etc. As the saying goes: eat meat buried in rice, people here Made it to the extreme.

Day D5 Chenzhou-Wuhan 630 kilometers, about 8 hours' drive, the end of the trip

Get up in the morning and immediately go to the Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area to see the fascinating "Mistlock Xiaodongjiang" (especially recommend friends who like photography to check the pictures on the website). Because it is the Spring Festival, there are not many tourists and staff here. Maybe it is a relatively small tourist destination. In addition, the weather is not good, so I can't see the scenery that should be seen. It is better to come here on a sunny day when the weather is hotter. , now in winter there is no temperature difference between the water released from the reservoir and the water on the lake surface, so no fog can be produced, and this fog is not comparable to artificial effects in some places.

After lunch in Chenzhou at noon, return to Wuhan.

2016 Spring Festival: Recommended attractions: Qingming Shanghe Garden, Pingyao Ancient Town, Wang Family Courtyard, Mianshan Scenic Area

The itinerary for this Spring Festival is mainly to visit Kaifeng Qingming Shanghe Garden, the ancient city of Pingyao, Shanxi, and see Hukou Waterfall (later, I didn’t go because the waterfall was closed by ice and snow). Friends who have worked in Shanxi highly recommend Mianshan Scenic Area, Yuntai Mountain and It is very inconvenient to travel out of season in Luoyang in winter, just passing by as a resting place.

Day D1 February 7, 2016 Wuhan-Kaifeng, 550 kilometers, 6.5 hours drive, live in Kaifeng.

Kaifeng is mainly to see the Qingming Shanghe Garden. Qingming Shanghe Garden is an antique cultural theme park based on the famous painting "Along the River During Qingming Festival" by Zhang Zeduan in the Song Dynasty, with the theme of the city life and ancient entertainment in Bianliang (now known as Kaifeng), the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty. The garden is divided into three parts: Yingbin Square, Beiyuan and Nanyuan, reproducing the bustling Bianjing city, and it is a living "Along the River During the Qingming Festival". Here you will be in a huge imitation of Song Dynasty ancient buildings. Entering the garden, you will see a number of well-known buildings in Kaifeng during the Northern Song Dynasty, such as Fuyun Pavilion, Hongqiao, Shuixinxie, Shuangting Bridge, and Jiulong Bridge. In addition, there are restaurants, teahouses, pawnshops and other civilian living facilities. The staff and small merchants in the garden are all dressed in Song Dynasty costumes. These will give you the illusion that you have stepped into Bianliang, Tokyo in the Northern Song Dynasty. In addition, you can take your children to "Fun Garden" and "Da Song Amusement" to play darts, archery, climbing rope, drilling rings, etc., and experience the fun of Song Dynasty games.

It happened to be in the afternoon when we arrived, because there were very few people visiting the park during the holiday, and because it was a holiday, many entertainment performances were not held. It happened to be the New Year’s Eve that day, and many people were waiting to go home from get off work for the New Year’s Eve dinner, saying To be honest, this scenic spot in Kaifeng is actually very worth visiting.

Day D2: Kaifeng-Yuntai Mountain-Jiaozuo on February 8, 2016, live in Jiaozuo. It takes about 2 hours to drive 145 kilometers from Kaifeng Qingming Shanghe Garden to Yuntai Mountain, and only 30 kilometers from Yuntai Mountain to Jiaozuo City in about forty-five minutes.

Yuntai Mountain is a national scenic spot, the first batch of national 5A-level tourist attractions and the first batch of world geological parks in the world. It is located in Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, at the southern foot of Taihang Mountain, at the intersection of Henan and Jin provinces, with a total area of more than 50 square kilometers. There are eight scenic spots in Yuntai Mountain, including Hongshi Gorge, Tanpu Gorge, Quanpu Gorge, Macaque Valley, Zhuyu Peak, Diecai Cave, Wanshan Temple, and Zifang Lake. Mainly, supplemented by natural ecology and cultural landscape, featuring interlaced peaks and valleys, numerous cliffs, waterfalls and flowing springs, clear streams and secluded pools, it is a comprehensive scenic spot that combines aesthetic and scientific values. Yuntai Mountain is famous for its mountains and its water. Because of its peaks and gorge, its scenery is different. The mountains are full of flowers in spring, waterfalls and springs in summer solstice, red leaves are like fire in autumn, and snow-covered in winter. The four seasons are always suitable for shades. Here you can not only appreciate the majesty of the mountains and rivers in the north, but also taste the beauty of the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River. But in winter all we see are frozen ice hangings.

Day D3, February 9, 2016, Jiaozuo-Pingyao 340 kilometers, about 4.5 hours drive, live in Pingyao.

The ancient town of Pingyao should be the highlight of our itinerary. People who travel often know that the underground cultural relics are in Shaanxi, and the ground cultural relics are in Shanxi. The ancient city of Pingyao is representative. The streets, shops and dwellings in the ancient city still maintain the traditional layout and style. It is one of the best-preserved ancient cities in my country, and it is also the only ancient county in my country that has successfully declared the world cultural heritage with the entire ancient city. Pingyao was once the financial center of China in the late Qing Dynasty. Walking into this once prosperous ancient city, you can feel the atmosphere of Shanxi merchant culture everywhere.

There are six gates in the ancient city, the north gate is close to Pingyao bus station, the west gate is close to Pingyao railway station, and the south gate and west gate are the places with the most tourists. Tickets are not required to enter the ancient city. If you want to climb the city wall, visit ticket numbers and other attractions, you need to purchase the ancient city pass. The ancient city is not too big, and it is enough to walk around, and you can take a battery car if you don’t want to walk. The street layout of the entire ancient city is in the shape of "earth". When visiting, you usually enter the city from the lower west gate, walk along the west street to Rishengchang Bank, the "father of modern Chinese banks", where you can not only learn about the development history of the ancient banking industry, You can also ask the old shopkeeper in a long robe and mandarin jacket to write you a money order in the earliest way of money order, which has a special sense of history.

Here I want to talk about the accommodation in Pingyao. I booked the accommodation in advance for the whole itinerary. Only Pingyao did not book it at that time, because we southerners have never experienced the taste of heated kang. We originally planned to experience it, but Pingyao has the characteristics of kang during the Spring Festival. The room was either unavailable or too expensive, so I decided not to book online for now, and then I would search nearby to see if there was any suitable one. Facts have proved that my decision was wrong. You must book a room first when you travel on holidays. When we arrive, how many times will we I personally searched for more than an hour, but still couldn't find a suitable one. Some rooms with kang started at 800-1000, and then I found a house near the gate of the ancient city to live in.

D4 day February 10, 2016 Pingyao - Qiao's Courtyard (40 km, about 1 hour's drive) - Wang's Courtyard (90 km, about 1.5 hours' drive) - Mianshan Scenic Area (15 km, about 50 minutes' drive) - Jiexiu Hanting Hotel (25 kilometers, about 1 hour's drive), live in Jiexiu.

The scenic spots to visit today are relatively scattered. When driving on some mountain roads in the Mianshan scenic spot, you must pay attention to driving. When we went, the mountain was often covered with fog, and the visibility was only one or two meters, so driving was delayed for a while.

Qiao Family Courtyard is located in the middle of Qiaojiabao Village, Qi County, also known as "Zai Zhongtang". It is the residence of Qiao Zhiyong, a famous commercial and financial capitalist in the Qing Dynasty. The filming location of the film and television works. If you have watched these movies, you must be familiar with the scenes here: rows of high-hanging red lanterns, high brick walls, exquisite carvings, beautiful bucket arches and cornices, and deep alleys. This is the famous Qiao’s House. compound. This is a group of residential buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The architectural style is like a castle, majestic and majestic. It is a typical living style of a large northern family in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Looking down from a high altitude, the layout of the entire courtyard looks like a Chinese character "囍" symbolizing good luck. The layout of the buildings here is rigorous, but also full of changes. Only the more than 140 chimneys on the roof are also unique. There is a saying that "the royal family sees the Forbidden City, and the private houses see Qiao's house".

The Wang Family Courtyard is 35 kilometers away from the ancient city of Pingyao. It was built by the Jingsheng Wang family through the Ming and Qing dynasties over a period of more than 300 years. Although not as famous as the Qiao Family Courtyard, the scale and grandeur of the Wang Family Courtyard is definitely second to none among Jinshang residences. Anyone who has been to the Wang Family Courtyard will sigh that this is not a "courtyard", it is like a city! It is precisely because of its majestic momentum, as well as its architectural and cultural achievements, that it has always had the reputation of "the royal family returns without visiting the theater". The Wang Family Courtyard consists of five alleys, five castles, and five ancestral halls. Among them, the layout of the courtyards of the five ancient castles is respectively described as the five auspicious beasts of dragon, phoenix, tortoise, lin, and tiger. Less than a quarter of the entire compound. Don't underestimate the phrase "Wang's family returns without visiting the theater". It takes two hours to walk around the quarter that is currently open.

When you come to the Wang Family Courtyard, one is to look at the layout of the building, and the other is to look at the art of "three carvings" of wood, stone and brick. The main buildings are Gaojiaya and Hongmen Fort. As soon as you enter the gate, you will see Gaojiaya. Gaojiaya was built completely according to the feudal hierarchy, which can be seen from the majesty of the official family and the regularity of the patriarchal ritual system. The main courtyards, Dunhou Residence and Ningrui Residence, are three-entry courtyards. In addition to the high ancestor worship hall and embroidery buildings on both sides, each courtyard has its own kitchen yard, family school yard, and shared academy and flower yard. , Changgongyuan, Waiyuan. There are as many as 65 doors connecting up, down, left, and right between large and small courtyards. "There are courtyards within courtyards, and doors within doors." Walking inside is like a maze. Crossing a stone bridge from Gaojiaya is the Red Gate Fort. The Red Gate Fort building complex is built on the mountain. It was built earlier than Gaojiaya and has a larger scale. This place looks like a real castle. The entire building complex is divided into four floors from low to high, which are symmetrical on both sides. A main road and three horizontal alleys in the middle form a very regular "king" shape. It is said that there is a giant dragon hidden here because the stones on the ground resemble dragon scales. The 29 courtyards in the castle are built according to the identity and preferences of the owners, each with its own characteristics in structure and decoration, and none of them are the same.

Mianshan, also known as Jieshan, is located 20 kilometers southeast of Jiexiu City and is a branch of Taiyue Mountain (Huoshan) extending northward. The mountains here are steep, with many cliffs and green pines and cypresses in the mountains. The natural scenery is very beautiful and there are many cultural attractions. Mianshan has beautiful natural scenery, with many ancient trees and strange rocks, mountain flowers and lush forests everywhere, as well as various caves and waterfalls. There are more than 100 large and small caves in the mountain, mainly Baofuyan, Fengfangquan, Liguyan and Shurangamahui. The inner space of Baofu Rock is huge, and tens of thousands of tourists will not feel crowded in the cave; Fengfang Spring is a concave cliff more than 100 meters high and 30 meters wide. There are dozens of moss-covered stone milks hanging from the lower part of the cliff. The cool spring water flows continuously all year round, and it makes a ding-dong sound when it flows into the stone pool. (This is how it was introduced on the official website), and it looked like this when we went.

Day D5: February 11, 2016 Jiexiu-Luoyang 400 kilometers, about 4.5 hours, live in Luoyang

The peonies in Luoyang are very beautiful when they bloom from April to May every year. I came here more than 20 years ago. This time I planned to see the Longmen Grottoes, but it was raining when I arrived in Luoyang, so I went shopping in a nearby antique street.

Day D6, February 12, 2016, Luoyang-Wuhan, 560 kilometers, about 7 hours' drive, the trip ended.

2017 Spring Festival: Recommended attractions: Yunshuiyao, Nanjing, Longyan Tulou, Meipi Ancient Town

Day D1, January 28, 2017, Wuhan-Ganzhou 665 kilometers, about 8.5 hours, live in Ganzhou.

Today, I was on the road almost all day, and there were occasional traffic jams on the road. It was already evening when I arrived in Ganzhou. The daughter of my companion’s daughter lived in the same dormitory in Ganzhou. His father warmly received us.

Day D2 January 29, 2017 Ganzhou-Yunshuiyao Scenic Area 355 kilometers, about 5 hours by car, live in Yunshuiyao.

Yunshuiyao Ancient Town is an ancient village with a long history. In the village, there are long ancient roads, century-old banyan trees, magical earth buildings, and spiritual mountains and clear waters. Changjiao Scenic Area in Nanjing County has world cultural heritage Hegui Building, Huaiyuan Building, the tallest, largest and most concentrated thousand-year-old banyan tree group in the province, a century-old street, and a thousand-year-old road. On the bank of the stream, the group of 13 banyan trees with centuries-old and thousand-year-old banyan trees is magnificent. One of the old banyan trees covers an area of 1,933 square meters, and its branches are more than 30 meters long. It takes more than 10 adults to hug at the bottom of the trunk. It is the largest banyan tree ever found in Fujian Province. Beside the ancient road, there is a row of two-story old-fashioned brick-wood structure houses, which is the old market of Changjiao with a history of hundreds of years. So far, most of these old shops still retain the characteristics of wooden boards instead of walls. The most striking thing in the village is the earth buildings dotted around the foot of the mountain, beside the stream, and on the fields. These earth buildings have various postures. In addition to the Hegui Building built on the swamp, which is called "the most wonderful in the world", and the Huaiyuan Building, which is the most exquisitely crafted and well-preserved double-ring round earth building, there are Diaojiao Buildings, Bamboo Pole Buildings, Mansion-style earthen buildings, etc., the earthen buildings have unique scenery.

As a unique architectural style in western Fujian, the development and construction of earth buildings is too backward. The whole scenic spot can be said to be very disorganized, and the traffic environment is even worse. We used to go from one scenic spot to another. The distance is only five or six kilometers, and there can be a traffic jam. Many hours, and no one manages grooming.

Day D3 January 30, 2017 Yunshuiyao-Longyan 85 kilometers, about 2 hours' drive, live in Longyan.

Yesterday I mainly played the Yunshuiyao scenic spot, and today I mainly played several key earth building groups in Nanjing and Longyan. (The following excerpts are from the website introduction)

Tianluokeng Tulou is known as the landmark building of Fujian Tulou, and also the business card of Fujian Tulou. Because of its shape, four round buildings surround one square building, it is also vividly called "four dishes and one soup". The appearance of the earth building is like a plum blossom in full bloom, which is absolutely beautiful and dazzling, and it is also like a majestic quintet symphony, playing vigorously among the green mountains and beautiful waters. The road winds down the mountain. With the change of viewing angle, the landscape of Tianluokeng is constantly changing like magic. The round building is sometimes in front and sometimes retreating, and the square building is sometimes hidden and sometimes exposed. Coming to the road at the bottom of the slope, looking up, the Tianluokeng Tulou group is like the Potala Palace born out of the sky, towering, solemn and solemn, resplendent in the sun. Tianluokeng Tulou Group is the most distinctive typical of Nanjing Tulou, a national key cultural relic protection unit, and the first choice for tourists to visit Tulou. Stevens Andre, consultant to UNESCO, called Tianluokeng Tulou Group "a unique and mythical mountainous architectural model in the world".

Hegui Building, also known as Shanjiao Building, was built in the tenth year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty and is the tallest earth building in Nanjing. As the name suggests, Hegui Building is to persuade the world to carry forward the traditional virtue that peace is the most important thing. As its name suggests, the building appears unusually peaceful, tranquil and steady in the midst of rapid changes.

Huaiyuan Building was built from 1905 to 1909. It is currently the most exquisite and well-preserved double-ring circular earth building. The building is 13 meters high with four floors and 38 meters in diameter. There are 34 rooms on each floor, a total of 136 rooms. It was built by the Jian family. The most striking feature of Huaiyuan Building is the ancestral hall at the core of the inner courtyard, which is also the place where the family's children study. "Si Shi Room" is exquisite and elegant. The upper and lower hall buildings cover an area of 190 square meters. The indoor carved beams and painted buildings are simple and natural, with a strong book atmosphere. Huaiyuan Building is the second ring building. The architect is the architect of Zhencheng Building. The design of the building is quite neat. Inside the building, there is a gold plaque "Help my righteous teacher" presented by He Yingqin, and there is a Tai Chi pattern made of pebbles on the flat ground in front of the building. The earth buildings and villages are surrounded by rice fields and tea mountains, a peaceful pastoral picture. The foundation of the Huaiyuan Building is more than 3 meters high built with giant cobblestones and triadic soil, and the walls are so far smooth without peeling off. Standing on the outer wall of the building and looking up with your face against the wall, you can see that the lower circumference of the building is small, the middle is larger, and the upper floor gradually shrinks, as if olive-shaped. This structure conforms to mechanics, can resist wind, and makes the building stronger.

Yongding Tulou is a national 5A-level scenic spot, and it is also dubbed "a wonderful flower of ancient Chinese architecture". It is located in Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is a unique and magical mountain dwelling building in the world. Yongding Tulou is in various forms, with a long history, unique style, large scale, exquisite structure and various types. It is roughly divided into two systems: square building and round building. There are 360 round buildings and more than 4,000 square buildings. It is known as a Chinese Hakka Earth Building Museum without a gate.

Today, due to the long traffic jam, I passed by but did not watch the Yongding Tulou in Longyan.

Day D4, January 31, 2017, Longyan-Jian, 410 kilometers, about 5 hours' drive, live in Ji'an.

The most famous place in Ji'an, Jiangxi should be Jinggang Mountain, but we stopped on our way back to Ji'an this time, and we visited the ancient village of Meipi along the way.

Meipi Ancient Village is located on the banks of the Fushui River in Ji'an County. The old houses and old streets of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the village are well preserved, and there are no far-fetched antique buildings. You can also see some relics of the Red Revolution. It is worth spending half a day to visit visit. From the visitor center, walk along the main road towards the river, and you can walk to the ancient street. The Yongmu Hall at the entrance of the village has high cornices and is a brick and wood structure with two floors and three entrances. The tall bucket arch still has the momentum of the past. It is the first scenic spot people visit when they arrive in the ancient village. On the left of the first intersection along the road is the former site of the "February 7th" meeting. Walking on the streets of the village, the red slogans on the walls are still faintly visible. The cultural heritage of the ancient village is profound, and some meaningful couplets and plaques can be seen in front of and behind the houses of some people. At the end of the alley is the ancient street of the Qing Dynasty, which is about 600 meters long. Students who are sketching here. The ancient wooden bridge on the Fushui River beside the ancient street was the filming location of "Sparkling Red Star" 40 years ago. Those classic scenes have become the memory of generations. In addition, there are some small exhibition halls in the village, where you can learn about some local customs and historical stories.

D5 day: February 1, 2017 Ji'an-Wuhan 500 kilometers, about 6.5 hours' drive, the trip ends.

2018 Spring Festival: Recommended attractions: Wuyuan, Likeng, Xiaoqi, Jiangling, Xiyan Village

Because I plan to travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand on March 8th this year, (friends who are interested in Chiang Mai can see the following link: 2018 Spring Bathing in Chiang Mai’s Warm Sun and Leisure for Five Days Slow Life - Chiang Mai Travel Guide [Ctrip Guide] https: //you.ctrip.com/travels/chiangmaiprovince23189/3982082.html?isAuthor=true), one is that the interval between the two trips is too close, and the other is that going to Chiang Mai requires a lot of preparatory work, so this year’s Spring Festival is mainly for fun Wuyuan, the most beautiful season in Wuyuan should be to see the rapeseed flowers in April and the autumn scenery in October. Therefore, our itinerary this time is a reference for friends who are more suitable for these two seasons. The itinerary is 1000 kilometers in total, and the trip should be easy. Our itinerary is as follows:

The rapeseed fields here are not on the flat ground, but terraced fields along the hillside layer by layer. In March and April, the rapeseed flowers bloom. Standing on the viewing platform on the top of the mountain, you can overlook the most beautiful side of Wuyuan's pastoral scenery. Generally speaking, Wuyuan rapeseed flowers are here. There are many scarecrows with interesting shapes in the rapeseed field at the foot of the mountain. Many tourists have fun playing at the foot of the mountain. However, the most beautiful scenery is not at the foot of the mountain, but at the viewing platform on the top of the mountain. The road circles between the mountains of Jiangling. When you reach the top of the mountain and look down, you can see layers of rapeseed flowers all over the mountains, spreading endlessly from the top of the mountain to the bottom of the valley. The river at the bottom of the valley surrounds the green hills, and there are several small In the village, black tiles and white walls of Hui style houses are mixed among the golden yellow. There is nothing more spectacular and surprising in Wuyuan than this.

Likeng is a small water village surrounded by mountains. In front of the village is a large field of rapeseed flowers. After spring, the mountains and plains are golden. 2019 Spring Festival: Recommended attractions: Xiangyang Tangcheng

When anything becomes a habit, it is difficult to change it all at once. After going out for four consecutive years during the Spring Festival, everyone seems to be unwilling to stay at home this year. But there is nothing suitable for surrounding tours for a few days during the Spring Festival? In addition to the Spring Festival, I can almost enjoy the 500 kilometers around Wuhan during other holidays, not to mention that this year I have to prepare for a 17-day self-driving tour in Malaysia in March (friends who are interested in Malaysia can refer to the following two links to learn more: 2019 Travel to Malaysia in 17 days in Spring (Part 1) - Malaysia Travel Guide [Ctrip Guide] https://you.ctrip.com/travels/malaysia100022/3978331.html?isAuthor=true, Travel to Malaysia in 17 days in Spring 2019 (Part 2) - Malaysia travel guide [Ctrip guide] https://you.ctrip.com/travels/malaysia100022/3979710.html?isAuthor=true), the most important thing is that my son had an operation on his knee and it was very inconvenient to travel. At the insistence of a friend, we went to Xiangyang, Hubei to play for two days, mainly to visit the Tangcheng scenic spot.

postscript

It has been exactly one month since I started writing travel notes on Ctrip, and I have written nine articles in one month. I reviewed my travel experience in the past five years. This can be regarded as "paying off debts". It is really rare to have five different Spring Festivals. To be honest, there are not many five or ten years in a person's life. Strictly speaking, this article is not a travel note, let alone a travel strategy. When writing this article, it is more like a feeling, something.

I don’t know if I will have the time or energy to organize such activities in the future, and I don’t know if I or these friends will have no time to travel together because they have to take care of their children and do housework, or if it is inconvenient to travel due to physical reasons, etc. etc. But I will remember the trips we have had, and I will remember those happy and beautiful past times.
