When I came to Wanfenglin last spring, there were rapeseed flowers in the field. This time I came a little late and just missed the golden rice fields. But the weather was good, the sun was shining brightly, and the effect of the photos was quite satisfactory. Wanfenglin is worthy of its name. You can see thousands of continuous peaks in the scenic area, which is very spectacular. The scenic spot has opened a road that can only travel in one direction on the mountainside. Tourists can take the battery car in the scenic spot for sightseeing, and if they have enough time, they can also walk. There are not many beautiful scenery within the scenic area, and those peaks of different shapes are not in the scenic area. The scenic area only uses the terrain to create a convenient viewing line and viewing platform. You can't enter the scenic spot by car, but you can drive to the various villages under the mountain to be watched. Because the terrain there is flat, the result will be "not knowing the true face of Lushan Mountain, just because it is in this mountain". Therefore, only by spending money to enter the scenic spot, tourists can enjoy the scene of "horizontally, mountains and peaks, with different heights and heights" from the best angle.

From the satellite map, it can be seen that there is a limestone landform area about 70 miles long and 10 kilometers wide in the south of Xingyi. The Wanfeng Forest Scenic Area is located in the middle of it and belongs to the Xiwanfeng Forest. That is to say, in addition to the scenic spot, there are more peaks around. We used to go through Dongwanfeng Forest to Wanfeng Lake, and there were similar peaks along the way. It can be said that places with such landforms have good scenery, the key lies in whether there are accessible roads and suitable viewing spots. There are many landforms like Xingyi in Guizhou, Guangxi and Yunnan, most of which are in an undeveloped primitive state, and may become places for people to visit in the future.

After finishing the tour of Wanfenglin Scenic Area, I deliberately chose a mountain road to go to the next destination. The line crosses the Maling River from the south of Xingyi along the X602 highway, connects to the S322 provincial highway in the east of Wanfeng Lake, passes through Longlin County, and then connects to the G78 Shankun Expressway. The road is winding and the road condition is poor. Some areas are still under construction and the road is rough. The reason why I chose the mountain road instead of the expressway is because judging from the satellite map, the line passes through a limestone landform area and passes by the Wanfeng Lake, so it should have a good scenery. The actual situation proved that my judgment was correct. One of the better landscapes on the road is near the Maling River, and the other is Wanfeng Lake. IVY and I once rented a boat at Wanfeng Lake to visit the Maling River Canyon, and we saw the scenery from the perspective of the lake. This time, I overlooked Wanfeng Lake from the mountain. Standing on a high place, you can have a panoramic view of the whole Wanfeng Lake. In the distance, there are many mountains and mountains, and there are many peaks, which are majestic. The smog was heavy that day, the distant scenery was hazy, and the photo effect was not ideal. With good weather and light, you can definitely take a very beautiful picture. For example, the illusion of peaks and forests looming in the sea of clouds at sunrise, or the scene of green peaks reflected in the blue sky and clear water.

Did not meet other tourists along the way. I am afraid that only photography enthusiasts like me will painstakingly study satellite maps and take a detour to explore such terrain and scenery. In my opinion, this little-known remote road has the potential to become a popular route for self-driving tours. The locals grew up looking at the surrounding landscape, and turned a blind eye to the familiar scenery in front of them. They may not have much sense of what appears to us to be glamorous landscapes, let alone try to use these natural beauties to attract tourists.

Pass the Wanfeng Lake Dam on the way. The lake water flowing out of the dam enters the Nanpan River, and after a short journey, the Nanpan River merges with the Beipan River to form the Hongshui River. Nanpanjiang is also the natural dividing line between Guizhou and Guangxi. After crossing the Nanpanjiang Bridge, it enters Guangxi. Wanfeng Lake is actually a large reservoir formed by cutting off the Nanpan River. Not only is the scenery beautiful, but it is also rich in high-quality fish. We once tasted the wild fish in the lake and it tasted very delicious. This time, due to rush, we didn't make any further stops. It was not too late to arrive in Longlin County, Guangxi, so I continued on my way, and finally arrived at Tianlin County in Guangxi in the dark.
