I have always wanted to go to Ningxia, but every time I looked at the air tickets in September, it was basically beyond the budget. This year, because Ningxia is supported by Fujian counterparts, most of the scenic spots in Ningxia are suitable for tourists from Fujian , Tickets are half price, so in May I bought a ticket, booked accommodation and a chartered car. In the speechless work, quietly waiting for the arrival of the National Day holiday.
Looking forward to the National Day holiday, after more than 3 hours of flight, I finally set foot on the land of Yinchuan. The first feeling is cool! The chartered driver picked us up at the airport smoothly, and then sent us directly to the hotel where we stayed—Yinchuan Tongfu Hotel. This time-honored restaurant is located in the center of Yinchuan, next to the pedestrian street and the Drum Tower. When I checked in, the hotel also upgraded the room, but I didn't feel bad, and the room was not too big. Apart from the beef noodles, the hotel's breakfast is not so good, but the lunch and dinner taste good.

Put down your luggage at the hotel, and immediately drive to the first scenic spot - Zhenbeibao Film and Television City. In this famous film and television city, many film and television dramas are filmed here. In the western film city of Zhenbeibao, the scenes and props of some films have been preserved and restored for tourists to watch. The scenes on display include the city gate tower and the city gate hole Pansidong in "A Chinese Journey to the West", and a series of scenes such as "Heaven and Earth Crack" when Monkey King fights with the Bull Demon King. The real scene of the "Blacksmith Camp" in "Yellow River Ballad". In "Red Sorghum", the Moon Gate, the brewing workshop, the living room of Jiu'er (played by Gong Li), the sedan chair that Jiu'er rode in when she got married, and the large vat of wine bowls, etc. There are also film and television service facilities such as film archives and screening halls. The most famous one is "A Chinese Journey to the West". The film and television city is divided into Ming City and Qing City: Ming City is located at the southwest end of the film city in the west of Zhenbeibao (south side of Qing City). It was built in the Hongzhi period of Ming Dynasty (AD 1500). One of them is Qingcheng, which is located at the northern end of the film city in the west of Zhenbeibao (the main entrance of the scenic spot), and was built in the fifth year of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty (1740 A.D.).

Play in the scenic spot until sunset, climb to the top of the city wall, and overlook Helan Mountain, which is entrenched on the land of Yinchuan like a dragon, with a feeling of "the general dies in a hundred battles, and the strong man returns after ten years".

After visiting the film and television city, I was already hungry when I returned to the urban area. There is a time-honored restaurant not far from the accommodation called "Scary Crane Tower". The online reviews can only say that it is not bad. I just got a seat when I went there, and I ordered it. Ningxia's special eight-treasure tea is sweet and nourishing. I really like it.

In Yinchuan, how can one not eat mutton, and Yanchi Tan sheep is well-known both at home and abroad. I directly ordered mutton dumplings, hand-caught mutton, grilled lamb chops, and Yellow River carp. The mutton is hand-caught, the meat is delicate, fat and thin, but it should be eaten while it is hot, it tastes a bit strange when it is cold. The grilled lamb chops are awesome, 128 per serving, which is the same price as Xiamen Beijiang Restaurant, but the portion is estimated to be twice that of Beijiang Restaurant. After eating this meal of mutton, I don't really want to eat mutton anymore in the next few days. There were too many bones of the Yellow River carp, so I gave up after a few bites. My wife said it smelled like the soil of the Yellow River.

Early the next morning, I drove straight to Helan Mountain, instead of going to the scenic spot, but for the petroglyphs. The scenery along the way is invincible, the open plains and the magnificent Helan Mountain make people feel relaxed and happy. The Helan Mountain Rock Painting Scenic Spot is a bit of a pitfall. Halfway through the visit, I saw that the scenic spot was repairing flood control equipment. A large section of the tour route was closed. I didn’t see the most famous Helios Rock Painting. I was a little disappointed.

After finishing the Helan Mountain petroglyphs in half a day, I went directly to the Twin Pagodas of Baisikou. The Twin Pagodas of Baisikou are a national key cultural relics protection unit. The art treasures obtained have high historical and cultural value, research value and ornamental value in Xixia archaeology, architecture and Buddhism.

Stayed at Baisikou for about half an hour, and then rushed to the Shahu scenic spot in Shizuishan City without stopping. On the way, I found a noodle restaurant for dinner. The lunch for the next two days was basically settled in a hurry. Sand Lake is the main tourist attraction in Ningxia, but I can’t help complaining about it. Tickets are expensive. After entering the scenic spot, you will take a cruise ship. Although there are many reeds along the way, the characteristics are not prominent. The cruise ship goes straight to Shadao. After getting on the island It’s a trick to deceive people. Camel rides cost money, sand boarding costs money, a hot air balloon that vertically lifts for 3 minutes costs 150 yuan, and ziplines cost money. Every step is frightening. We can only find a quiet place to play sand. up!

After a tiring day, after returning to the hotel, I lost the mood to even go shopping in the city. I ate directly on the third floor of the hotel. Several dishes were not bad. The last Jingyuan steamed chicken made me look like a black man with a question mark. . . . .

The itinerary on the 3rd was originally arranged for Shuidonggou and the Tomb of the Xixia Emperor. Unexpectedly, the scenic spot of Shuidonggou is large enough to play for 8 hours, so I put the Tomb of the Xixia King on the 4th.

Let’s talk about Shuidonggou, which is located in Linhe Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia, 19 kilometers away from Yinchuan City in the west, 30 kilometers away from Lingwu City in the south, and 11 kilometers away from Hedong Airport. It is the link connecting Ningmeng and Mongolia tourism, covering an area of 14.4 square kilometers. It is the earliest Paleolithic cultural site excavated in China. It is listed as one of the "100 Archaeological Discoveries with the Most Significance of Chinese Civilization" by the country.

This new scenic spot is really popular, and there are many people who buy tickets. However, their pass is much more generous than Shahu. The pass of 240 yuan includes tickets, all transportation expenses in the scenic spot (such as camels, mule carts, Desert assault vehicles, Hongshan Lake cruises), and entertainment items (such as amphibious vehicles, ziplines, and crocodile museums).

Entering the scenic spot, the advanced scenic spot museum has interactive performances, which can only be seen by tourists who buy package tickets.

After watching this interaction, after leaving the museum, you will find the Shuidonggou No. 1 and 2 ruins, and after that, there will be a section of the remains of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty. After crossing the Ming Great Wall, you will enter Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. Here, you can experience entertainment projects, camel riding, desert assault vehicles, etc. Near noon, I ate an unpalatable fast food in the scenic spot, 30 yuan a piece, comparable to a high-speed rail! After lunch, we turned over the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty and returned to Yinchuan City. We can visit Luhuagou, and finally go to the Hongshan Lake Wharf to take a cruise ship to the other side of the scenic spot. On the other side of the scenic spot, we can play the zipline. The zipline goes directly down to the crocodile house. , and then pick up the mule cart and pull it all the way to the performance place of Tiange in Beijiang.

The performance of Beijiang Tiange is included in the pass. The performance is magnificent and worth seeing.

The Northern Xinjiang Tiange performance lasted for half an hour. After watching it, we went to the essence of Shuidonggou - Zangbing Cave. More than 500 years ago, the Cangbing Cave in the Ming Dynasty was even more magical based on the majestic Great Wall, steep cliffs, and mysterious ancient castles. Shuidonggou Zangbing cave has bifurcations, like a maze. In the nearly 1,000-meter tunnel cleared, there are more than 20 earth chambers, including military defense facilities such as small granaries, wells, kitchen stoves, armories, powder magazines, traps, hidden weapon tunnels, and forts pointing to the Grand Canyon. There is a small niche on the wall of the earthen room, and there are broken pottery, which seems to belong to the oil lamp. Remnants of Ming Dynasty weapons, coins, and porcelain fragments can also be found on the ground.

On the 4th, in the morning, I went straight to the Tomb of the King of Xixia, the land of Ningxia, the most mysterious kingdom - Xixia, which was once very powerful, but was trampled by Mongolian cavalry. Its short history of more than a hundred years has left many mysterious things for future generations. imagine. There are 9 imperial mausoleums in the Xixia Royal Mausoleum, and only the 1-3 mausoleums are open to visit. Tourists can only look at the appearance, and it is difficult to get a glimpse of the underground palace under the mausoleum.

On the last day in Yinchuan, I took time to go to Phoenix Park in the urban area, and finally took pictures of the autumn colors I imagined. Although it is not as golden as Ejina Banner, it also fulfills my wish.
